REKONSTRUKSI KURIKULUM PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER BERBASIS METODOLOGI DARUL ARQAM DI ERA DIGITAL

Abstract

Abstract

The disruption of digital technology has triggered a deep moral decadence crisis among Generation Z, characterized by subjective tendencies, critical attitudes, and information overload that hinder character formation. This study aims to reconstruct the character education curriculum based on the prophetic methodology of Darul Arqam as a contextual solution to the moral decadence of Generation Z in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative approach with the method of library research and content analysis of primary sources of Prophetic Sirah (Ibn Hisham and al-Mubarakfuri) combined with contemporary Islamic education literature. The results of the study show that: First, Darul Arqam applies a personal approach, gradual curriculum (al-Tadarruj), mentoring intensive, and uswah hasanah as a learning model. Second, this methodology has high relevance to the psychological characteristics of Generation Z who need a safe space (safe haven) and personalized mentoring in the midst of digital disruption. Third, the reconstruction of the character education curriculum based on the Darul Arqam methodology can be formulated through a hybrid model that integrates digital literacy with prophetic mentoring, the formation of an ecosystem of halaqah-based character, and the standardization of moral values.

Disrupsi teknologi digital telah memicu krisis dekadensi moral yang mendalam pada generasi Z, yang ditandai dengan kecenderungan subjektif, sikap kritis, dan kelebihan informasi (information overload) yang menghambat pembentukan karakter. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk merekonstruksi kurikulum pendidikan karakter berbasis metodologi profetik Darul Arqam sebagai solusi kontekstual terhadap dekadensi moral Gen Z di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode library research dan analisis konten terhadap sumber primer Sirah Nabawi (Ibn Hisham dan al-Mubarakfuri) yang dipadukan dengan literatur pendidikan Islam kontemporer. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, Darul Arqam menerapkan pendekatan personal, kurikulum bertahap (al-Tadarruj), mentoring intensif, dan uswah hasanah sebagai model pembelajaran. Kedua, metodologi tersebut memiliki relevansi tinggi dengan karakteristik psikologis Gen Z yang membutuhkan ruang aman (safe haven) dan mentoring personal di tengah disrupsi digital. Ketiga, rekonstruksi kurikulum pendidikan karakter berbasis metodologi Darul Arqam dapat dirumuskan melalui model hibrid yang mengintegrasikan literasi digital dengan mentoring profetik, pembentukan ekosistem karakter berbasis halaqah, dan standardisasi nilai-nilai akhlak.
