Abstract

Abstract

This study analyzes the thoughts of Habib Abdullah bin Alwi Al-Haddad on Islamic education in the book *Adab Suluk Al-Murid*. The objectives include a study of the biography of Habib Abdullah Al-Haddad, his views on Islamic education, current educational problems, and the relevance of his thoughts to modern education. This study uses a documentation method through literature reviews such as books, journals, and scientific articles. The results of the study show that Habib Abdullah Al-Haddad is an exemplary educator with a comprehensive concept of education, including educational goals, the roles of teachers and students, as well as elements of the curriculum, materials, and teaching methods that are relevant throughout time.

Abstrak

Penelitian ini menganalisis pemikiran Habib Abdullah bin Alwi Al-Haddad tentang pendidikan Islam dalam kitab *Adab Suluk Al-Murid*. Tujuannya meliputi kajian biografi Habib Abdullah Al-Haddad, pandangannya tentang pendidikan Islam, permasalahan pendidikan masa kini, serta relevansi pemikirannya terhadap pendidikan modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi melalui kajian literatur seperti buku, jurnal, dan artikel ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Habib Abdullah Al-Haddad merupakan pendidik teladan dengan konsep pendidikan yang komprehensif, mencakup tujuan pendidikan, peran guru dan murid, serta unsur kurikulum, materi, dan metode pengajaran yang relevan sepanjang masa.
